Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF)
Timber frame construction is one of the oldest and most established Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and is used in over half of all new homes in Ireland today.
Insulated foundation systems are at the forefront of modern, energy-efficient construction, combining structural integrity with thermal efficiency. They provide a smart, integrated solution for significantly reducing heat loss and energy costs
Masonry has long shaped Ireland’s built environment, valued for its durability, versatility and fire resistance. Today, advances in materials and design standards have developed it into a high-performance structural solution.
Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) is a Modern Method of Construction (MMC) that combines insulation and structure in a single system. Preformed EPS blocks are assembled on site and filled with concrete to form solid walls. The result is a durable, airtight, and energy-efficient building envelope.
